Patients requiring regular medications will be issued with a repeat prescription slip where appropriate. Please use this slip to request your repeat prescription, either by leaving this in our collection box in the reception at the surgery, or by posting it to us. Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 (working) hours later or if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request we will post it to you.
Please do not request a repeat prescription by telephone as this can lead to mistakes being made and the telephone lines becoming engaged.
You can now order repeat medication via this website once you have registered via the practice. Please ask our reception staff for details. ID is required to register for this service.
